Rebecca Bruhn
I assist leaders and organizations in keeping their mission burning bright, as they grow and navigate changing conditions. My professional experience includes leadership development, team building and client/operational management- with a focus on startups and social-profit organizations.
I also love helping people deepen their connection with the natural world and families empower themselves with both urban and wilderness awareness and preparedness skills. I have taught at bushcraft schools leading wilderness immersion programs for youth, teens, and adults, and designs/implements nature-based curriculums for schools and camps.
I see the power in deep listening to shift mindset. Whether that’s by listening to each other, the birds, or the tracks on the ground, the stories we hear and the ones we share can transform our perspectives and deepen our connections. Expanding our listening and observation skills also helps us think outside the box and be creative with the resources around us in any given situation.
