Miriam Jones

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

With over 25 years of experience in transformational education, organizational development, and entrepreneurship, I am dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations and leaders align with their mission.

My journey began with a passion for social change and transformational education, leading me to design and deliver innovative leadership programs and change initiatives globally. As an experienced entrepreneur, I have founded and led various organizations, including nonprofits, corporations, and cooperatives.

Seeking new approaches to support organizational and community work, I embraced learning methods influenced by indigenous nature-based cultures and societies. These include circle listening and healing practices, circle governance, rites of passage, and wisdom traditions. This exploration deepened my love for the natural world and its transformative power when combined with simple, human-centered learning practices.

This perspective reignited my passion for integrating these practices with scientific, research-based strategies, broadening our understanding of ourselves and the world. My work aims to foster impactful change and growth in leaders, organizations, and community initiatives. I am inspired by people's capacity to create innovative solutions to complex challenges and find joy in discovery during growth.

My collaborative approach has led to successful partnerships with diverse organizations, leaders, and cultures worldwide. These experiences form the heart of my learning journey.
