Interview excerpts:

Key to their partnership is their ability to stay grounded in moments of success and frustration.

At times when it’s really hard you get frustrated and throw your hands up a little bit. But that’s part of the process that then creates that contrast, so when the joy comes you’re not attached to it. If you take that Yogic mindset of just being in the experience - that’s the thing. It’s not getting so attached to the joy because it’s ephemeral, or getting so upset with the challenges.

They strive to ensure their business opportunities align with their values and goals.

I think there’s something really powerful in looking at your own assumptions about what you want in the world and what is going to bring you what you think will be happiness, satisfaction or fulfilment. That’s what Jeremy and I keeping going back on - whenever the funding question comes back it’s always a question of why do we really want this, and what is the real big outcome that we’re looking for?

As partners, they are looking to the future to further achieve their goals.

Josh and I not only care about what we do as DreamSeeDo, and we’re making certain products now... but the bigger idea is to create these human-centered products that really delight people, that allow for that unlocking of human potential.
