THE LISTENING
CIRCLE

Experience for yourself the transformative possibilities  of deep listening and the power of the circle.  Learn to facilitate this basic practice of The Open Circle, with beginning and intermediate forms to work with various constraints and opportunities, such as limited time, entrenched dynamics that are preventing collaboration and connection, as well as diversity of culture, gender, role, and focus.  This course is the pre-requisite for other levels of training.

LEVEL 2: 
WORKING
W/ SHADOW,
PROJECTION, & CONFLICT

For leaders, managers, facilitators and consultants: an experiential exploration of the hidden and repressed aspects of human individuals and groups.  Learn techniques for drawing out what is subsumed beneath ideas of correctness, displaced in disempowering ideas of authority, or hidden beneath illusions of safety.

Often the things that are preventing an individual, a project, or a group from moving forward are in the tension of these hidden spaces. What shows up as conflict can be an expression of underlying dynamics that go unaddressed even as "resolution" is reached.

Expect to be challenged and to transform, to deepen your understanding of yourself and others, and to gain tools for working with shadow, projection, and conflict.
