“Our potential is one thing. What we do with it is quite another.”

― Angela Duckworth, Grit, The power of passion and perseverance

Join an exclusive group of intrepid leaders, innovators, and pioneers on a New Leadership Adventure.

This time deep in the canyonlands of Eastern Oregon, with its expansive wilderness, desert rivers, abundant life, and diverse human community.

Soul and Spirit in Leadership will invite you to dig as deep as the canyon walls, into who you are and what you have to offer.

You will gain skills and practices to lead others through change and uncertainty.

You will leave refreshed, renewed, and more confident to face the challenges of leadership.

Our time together will have two parts:

In the first 4 days we will explore concepts and practices of Shadow; the part of ourselves that we have refused to see, but which often holds a key to our greatest offerings to the world.

In the second part, we will vision together and with wild nature who we are and what we can be when we diminish the self-protection that has dimmed our capacity to shine ever more brightly in the world. For ourselves and for others.

In between experiential learning time, we will share meals, have plenty of free time for rest, exploring the Owyhee river and canyonlands, enjoying the local hotsprings, or unstructured time with others company).

This program includes a 24-hour fasted solo time in nature.  We will prepare you during and before this challenge.

Going into this trip, I was hoping for a life changing experience, but I didn't know the depths of that change and what would be required to elicit it. From the very beginning of this program, I was faced with challenges, both physical and mental, but the guides "lead without leading" and steered me up the mountain. I came out with a renewed belief in myself and what I was capable of. This trip definitely changed my life and I am now putting in the work to ensure others receive value from the work that was done up there.”

~ Antonio DeAscanis, Founder and CEO, BLKOPS Fitness Delaware, USA

"This programs ability to transform was tremendous. It provided me a closer and authentic look into myself and how I approach groups and community and society. This was far better personal growth for myself than the leadership training I received in the past as it forced me out of my comfort zones encouraging new growth and simultaneously solidified my confidence in myself."

~ John Egnatis, co-founder of Grenadier Homes, a homebuilding company based in Dallas, Texas

“I noticed as we sat together online after we got home that for each person the experience led to them becoming unstuck and being able to clearly and easily move forward in their lives - finishing a book, moving forward with a choice in a career direction, letting go of what was no longer working.”

~ Tiffany Lopez, Entrepreneur, Author, California
