We will answer questions that you encounter in applying your practice and we will assist you in practical ways to integrate the practice and facilitate a circle in your work and life.

This training will teach you how to facilitate a listening circle practice at home, work, and within a community. A deep listening practice strengthens relationships and supports any individual or group working with transition and change.
Join us as we practice deep listening, learn how to facilitate listening circles, initiate transformation, and share the stories of our lives.

As we step into using our gifts and resources in service we inevitably face the navigation of systems of power in the structures and forms of this world. Some are useful to our mission and some are not.
Can you become what is needed without the loss of the self or the mission?
Can you manage the loneliness and anxiety that will surely emerge?
This training looks at underlying structures of power and how they relate to our mission and service. It focuses on developing a strength of purpose and the capacity to be clear and aligned in our decision making. While also following this cycle through to navigate the paradox of strength of purpose and the flexibilty required in deep listening. To be willing to reach the point where in our listening we can be willing to let go again and again and step into the great uknown.

In this experience organizations will learn practices and skills that will access the energy, power, creativity and resilience that is all around us so that we have choice in our agency and so we can be open to listen to the collective wisdom of the people and world around us.
